Our client, a GMP manufacturing environment, is seeking a General Laborer to join their team. As a General Laborer, you will be part of the production operations team supporting daily manufacturing activities. The ideal candidate will bring a strong commitment to safety and quality, the ability to follow detailed procedures, and a dependable work ethic that helps keep operations running smoothly. Location: New Albany, OH Pay Range: $20.00 - $20.50 per hour Shift: Multiple shifts available - 12 hour shifts, some weekends What's the Job?
- Work in a GMP facility and follow all gowning and site procedures required for production areas.
- Maintain compliance with GMP expectations, including strict personal appearance and hygiene rules.
- Support manufacturing operations during scheduled shifts while meeting quality and process requirements.
- Follow instructions carefully and complete assigned tasks accurately and consistently.
- Contribute to a clean, organized, and compliant work environment. What's Needed?
- Willingness to work in a GMP facility and comply with gowning requirements.
- Ability to follow detailed rules regarding prohibited items (no jewelry, no fake/painted nails).
- Reliability and readiness to work assigned shifts (day or night).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
- Motivation to learn, follow procedures, and perform consistently in a production setting. What's in it for me?
