Our client, Field Services is seeking a Field Technician to join their team. As a Field Technician, you will be part of the Field Operations team supporting on-site maintenance and service needs. The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to follow procedures consistently - skills that will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Field Technician Location: Hampton, VA Pay Range: $18.00 per hour Shift: Thursday – Monday, 6 AM to 2 PM What's the Job?
- Perform field-based technical work to support increased workload and service demands.
- Follow established procedures and work instructions to complete assignments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety while working on-site and handling tools or equipment as required.
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members to ensure tasks are completed within scheduled timeframes.
- Communicate clearly about job status, issues encountered, and next steps as needed. What's Needed?
- Ability to meet credential requirements: 100051, 100007, 100006.
- Demonstrated reliability and readiness to work the assigned schedule (Thursday – Monday, 6 AM to 2 PM).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to completing work to standard.
- Comfort working in field environments and following safety expectations.
