What’s the Job? Max of 5 *Assemble, repair and test high-quality medical devices and components according to established procedures. *Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet safety, accuracy and manufacturing standards. *Maintain accurate production records, documentation and traceability of materials and finished products. *Identify production issues, troubleshoot problems, and support continuous improvement initiatives. *Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals while maintaining a clean, safe and organized work environment. What’s Needed? *High school diploma or GED preferred *Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written instructions and quality procedures. *Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to assemble small, delicate components. *Ability to read, understand and complete production documentation accurately. *Ability to work in a regulated manufacturing environment, follow strict gowning requirements, and work with minimal supervision.
