- Key Responsibilities / What You'll Do
- Lead and support team members throughout the evening and night shift.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met.
- Delegate tasks and monitor workflow to keep operations running smoothly.
- Train, coach, and motivate staff members.
- Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and team communication.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
- Complete opening or closing procedures as assigned.
- Serve as the go-to problem solver and leader during your shift.
- Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead by example and motivate others.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Dependable attendance and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as needed.
- Ability to multitask and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Nice-to-Have
- Experience in food service, hospitality, retail, or customer-facing industries.
- Scheduling and staff development experience.
- Cash handling and point-of-sale system experience.
- Inventory management experience.
- Experience opening and closing a business.
