- Key Responsibilities / What You'll Do
- Craft coffee, espresso beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with quality and consistency.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming café experience.
- Accurately take orders and process customer transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café environment.
- Restock ingredients, supplies, and merchandise throughout the shift.
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Assist with closing duties and prepare the café for the next day.
- Work as part of a supportive team to keep service running smoothly.
- Help create the friendly atmosphere that turns first-time visitors into regular customers.
- Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have
- Friendly, outgoing personality and strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work evening and night shifts reliably.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable attendance and positive work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Nice-to-Have
- Previous barista, restaurant, hospitality, or retail experience.
- Cash handling and POS system experience.
- Knowledge of espresso machines and coffee preparation.
- Experience working independently and staying productive during slower periods.
