MacMore is seeking a full-time Learning & Engagement Task Lead to support a pending contract award for the General Services Administration’s Assisted Acquisition Services (AAS).
Location Washington, DC | Full-timeKey Responsibilities Lead learning-needs assessment, semiannual gap analysis, curriculum planning, training delivery, and effectiveness assessment. Coordinate instructional design, acquisition subject matter expertise, learning systems, and training administration. Keep learning products aligned with changes in policy, processes, systems, and technology, and update priorities based on user feedback and performance needs.
Responsibilities
- Adult learning, needs assessment, curriculum planning, and training evaluation.
- Coordination of instructional designers, instructors, learning systems, and administrators.
- Ability to align learning priorities with operational needs.
- Proposed education target: relevant bachelor’s degree or permitted equivalent.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proposed target: 8+ years in learning and development, including 3+ leading teams or workstreams teams
