Coordinate with Government HR and the analytics and learning teams on workforce needs. Direct work assignments, monitor service quality, resolve operational issues, and ensure sensitive personnel information is handled appropriately.

Minimum Qualifications
- Proposed target: 8+ years of relevant human capital or workforce-support experience, including 3+ leading teams or workstreams
- Target base salary: $135,000
