Assembler I (Entry Level) ### Position Summary Entry-level role responsible for basic assembly tasks under supervision. Focus is on learning processes, safety, and quality standards. ### Key Responsibilities - Perform basic assembly of components and subassemblies - Use hand tools and basic power tools safely - Follow standardized work instructions and visual aids - Maintain clean and organized workstation (5S) - Support team members and production flow ### Qualifications - High school diploma or GED - 0-1 year manufacturing or labor experience - Willingness to learn and follow direction ### Success Profile - Reliability and attendance - Coachability - Basic mechanical aptitude - Ability to lift 50lbs on occasion
