Customer Service Representative Location: Cincinnati, Ohio Pay: $19–$20 per hour Shift: 1st Shift Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our client in Cincinnati, Ohio. This contract-to-hire opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, resolving questions, and working in a fast-paced professional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
- Provide friendly, professional, and timely customer service
- Assist customers with questions regarding orders, accounts, products, or services
- Research customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
- Enter and update customer information accurately in company systems
- Document customer interactions and follow-up activities
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues
- Process customer requests and maintain accurate records
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure issues are resolved
- Perform additional administrative and customer support duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 0–3 years of customer service, call center, administrative support, or related experience preferred
- Entry-level candidates with strong communication and customer service skills are encouraged to apply
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable communicating with customers over the phone and through email
- Basic Microsoft Office and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer requests
- High school diploma or equivalent
