Kforce has a client that is seeking a Membership Analyst in Rockville, MD.
Job Summary:
The Member Analyst will support member services and account management by maintaining accurate member records, processing updates, responding to member inquiries, and assisting with reporting and data analysis. This role requires strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and experience working with membership management software.
Responsibilities:
- Membership Analyst will maintain and update member records, profiles, and account information in Re:member
- Process new memberships, renewals, cancellations, and member status changes
- Respond to member inquiries and resolve account or data discrepancies
- Generate membership reports and analyze data to identify trends and ensure accuracy
- As a Membership Analyst, you will assist with membership communications, documentation, and administrative tasks
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve membership processes and data integrity
- Maintain the confidentiality and accuracy of member information
- Experience in membership administration, data management, customer service, or a related role
- Hands-on experience with Re:member software is required
- Strong data entry, recordkeeping, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
