Job Summary:
We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials within the warehouse. This role involves loading and unloading items, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming materials
- Organize inventory and maintain accurate records
- Pick and pack orders for shipping
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliations
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a warehouse setting preferred
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
