Key Responsibilities
• Lead project planning, staffing, procurement, subcontractor buyout, and field coordination. • Develop and maintain project schedules alongside Superintendents and scheduling support. • Manage budgets, cost forecasts, margin reviews, change orders, invoicing, and payment requests. • Oversee contract requirements, scope changes, claims, and dispute resolution. • Lead and mentor Superintendents and Project Engineers. • Maintain strong relationships with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. • Monitor quality and safety performance, including monthly project safety inspections. • Support project participation requirements and direct timely project closeout.
Qualifications
• Bridge construction experience required. • At least five years of construction supervisory experience. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, estimating, scheduling, and cost control. • Previous experience directing craft labor as a Foreman or Superintendent. • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. • Experience with Microsoft 365, Viewpoint Vista, HCSS, Primavera P6, and CAD. • Public-sector infrastructure or natural resources project experience preferred.
