Job Details
We are seeking a dependable Manufacturing Associate to support production operations in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. This position involves hands-on assembly, plastic processing/molding, quality inspection, material handling, inventory, and production documentation.
The ideal candidate will have manufacturing or production experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow established work instructions, SOPs, quality standards, and safety procedures.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform production, assembly, and plastic molding operations according to work instructions.
Set up equipment and work areas according to production work orders.
Inspect finished products using appropriate inspection tools, specifications, and quality standards.
Identify defects and ensure products meet established quality requirements.
Handle raw materials, components, and finished goods throughout the production process.
Maintain accurate inventory and production records.
Complete work orders, inspection sheets, forms, and other required documentation.
Follow all SOPs, work instructions, safety requirements, and established ISO-related quality procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while following cleanroom protocols.
Assist with production planning and scheduling activities as needed.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Participate in team meetings, training, and quality-related activities.
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, molding, or assembly experience preferred.
Cleanroom experience is a plus.
Plastic processing or injection molding experience is a plus.
Previous quality inspection experience preferred.
Experience following SOPs and detailed work instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
Ability to accurately complete production and inspection documentation.
Comfortable handling materials and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
