Controller

$145000 - $180000 per year | San Diego, CA | Hybrid | Permanent

Rapidly scaling Health & Wellness Company looking for controller // Report to CFO // Tripled in revenue

A bit about us:

We’re a fast-growing, founder-led wellness brand based in Southern California, making clean, science-backed nutritional supplements. Since launching in 2018, we’ve grown from a small startup to a nine-figure consumer brand, driven by a loyal direct-to-consumer subscriber base and a growing presence in major national retailers. Our products are free of synthetics, fillers, and artificial additives. We’ve built a reputation for quality and innovation in one of the fastest-growing categories in consumer health.

Why join us?

Hypergrowth: Revenue has multiplied several times over in just a few years, and we have ambitious plans to keep scaling.

High-impact role: We run a lean team of around 100 people, so your work is visible to leadership and directly shapes how the business grows.

Building, not maintaining: You’ll help build the processes, systems, and infrastructure for our next stage of growth, including the readiness work that comes with a potential major investment or public offering.

Mission-driven culture: The company is founder-led, collaborative, and inclusive, with a majority-female workforce and a shared commitment to helping people live healthier lives.

Career trajectory: As we scale, so do the opportunities. Early team members are positioned to grow into larger leadership roles.

Competitive compensation and benefits, plus product perks.
