The Role We’re looking for an experienced bartender who can run a busy, well-stocked bar with confidence and consistency. You’ll be the face of the bar - mixing well-made cocktails, pouring classics, and making every guest who pulls up a stool feel taken care of. This is a craft and a hospitality role in equal measure.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks to spec, quickly and consistently
- Engage guests at the bar with genuine, attentive service and strong menu knowledge
- Ring in orders accurately on our Toast POS and handle cash and card payments responsibly
- Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of pars throughout the shift
- Practice responsible alcohol service and know when to slow down or cut off a guest
- Restock, prep garnishes and mixers, and complete opening and closing side work
- Support servers and the team during high-volume service
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of bartending experience, ideally in a high-volume, full-service setting
- Solid knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
- Must meet Georgia’s minimum age requirement to serve alcohol
- Responsible alcohol service certification (or willingness to obtain on hire)
- Calm under pressure, fast, accurate, and team-oriented
- Reliable, punctual, and available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Compensation
2.13/hour plus tips - strong earning potential during peak service.
