Job Description
Job Overview
Insight Global is seeking a Technical Program Manager to support a leading EV automotive organization focused on vehicle integration and validation. This individual will serve as the connective tissue between software, systems engineering, validation, vehicle integration, and test organizations to ensure vehicle programs remain on track throughout development, testing, manufacturing readiness, and launch activities.
This is not a traditional project coordinator role. The ideal candidate understands the vehicle holistically and can connect software development, system integration, validation activities, and overall vehicle readiness. They will own test assets, drive testing activities, identify risks, and ensure engineering teams remain aligned to key program milestones.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, proactively builds relationships across organizations, and can drive execution without requiring day-to-day direction.
Responsibilities
Own vehicle integration and validation activities across multiple engineering organizations Coordinate software, systems, validation, and vehicle integration teams to achieve program milestones Manage vehicle test assets and testing activities Track program readiness, risks, dependencies, and blockers Drive issue identification, escalation, and resolution across teams Monitor progress against vehicle development and release schedules Facilitate communication between software, systems engineering, validation, manufacturing, and leadership teams Support programs throughout the vehicle lifecycle, including pre-manufacturing, vehicle testing, launch readiness, and post-manufacturing support Lead cross-functional reviews and communicate program status to stakeholders Ensure testing activities align with overall vehicle integration and release objectives
