Required Skills & Experience

• Create, update, and maintain Epics, Stories, requirements, and project documentation in Jira.
• Gather and document requirements for new features, product enhancements, and development work.
• Research platform functionality, issues, and enhancement requests to understand potential business and product impacts.
• Work with product and technical teams to clarify requirements and support issues through resolution.
• Assist with feature planning and product roadmap activities, including documenting upcoming priorities and requirements.
• Conduct analysis and turn findings into clear recommendations or next steps.
• Create presentations, written communications, and other client-facing materials.

Job Description

We are seeking a Professional Business Analyst to work closely with product, technical, and business teams to support product development, requirements gathering, analysis, and client-facing deliverables. This individual will help translate business needs into actionable requirements while developing a strong understanding of the platform and its healthcare use cases. Must Haves

• 2+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting software, technology, or data-focused initiatives.
• Hands-on Jira experience, including creating and maintaining Epics, Stories, requirements, and supporting documentation.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business and product requirements for technical teams.
• Healthcare industry experience, ideally supporting healthcare technology, data, analytics, or software products.
• MS Suite experience
