Job Description
seeking a seasoned SDET to join the QA organization and lead quality engineering for the rewrite of the MDCS medical device cybersecurity application into the new Client Portal, hosted on Azure Web Apps. This is an individual contributor role. The engineer will execute test plans, build and maintain automated tests, investigate defects, and partner with developers and product stakeholders to validate the application before release.
Program Context The project replaces a ServiceNow-based application and a customer-facing security portal with a single Azure-hosted Client Portal. Testing will need to cover:
- Existing behavior that is not fully documented and must be verified against the legacy system
- Customer-facing workflows that write mitigation and issued-work outcomes back to system-of-record data
- Data consistency across three environments
- Integrations with ServiceNow, identity providers, and reporting data sources
- Migration and cutover validation, including confirming no open customer work is lost or duplicated
