Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to support the delivery of Salesforce solutions across complex business and public sector environments. This individual will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and developers, ensuring business processes, requirements, and user needs are accurately documented, validated, and translated into scalable Salesforce solutions.
The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in business process discovery, requirements elicitation, and requirements validation, with the ability to assess and refine AI-generated documentation, process maps, user stories, and business requirements.
Skills and Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Salesforce implementations.
- Strong experience conducting business process discovery and requirements elicitation.
- Demonstrated experience validating process maps, workflow documentation, and business requirements.
- Experience reviewing and refining AI-generated business analysis artifacts.
- Proven ability to analyze and document: Business Rules User Stories Acceptance Criteria Process Flows Pain Points Dependencies Requirements Traceability
- Experience working within Agile and Scrum delivery environments.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar requirements management tools.
