Job Description
The Senior Product Manager will work at a global hotel company to provide product leadership for the Sales and Events Billing Pod, shaping a forward-looking vision for products that have primarily been in keep-the-lights-on (KTLO) mode under Engineering leadership. The role will lead discovery and delivery of application upgrades and POS integrations, recommend a more scalable integration approach, and partner across the business to redesign billing artifacts in response to pricing transparency legislation.
Responsibilities will include:
Serve as the Senior Product Manager for the Billing Pod, supporting the final stage of the sales journey across colleague-facing sales and event tools. Own the product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery for billing products, helping evolve the space from primarily KTLO support to a more strategic, scalable product model. Partner closely with engineering and design to gather business requirements, lead discovery, prioritize enhancements, and translate stakeholder needs into clear product requirements and solutions. Lead upgrades to POS integrations with the billing application, evaluating the existing architecture and helping define a more scalable, system-agnostic integration approach. Drive the redesign of billing and pricing-related reports and artifacts to address evolving pricing-transparency requirements across global markets. Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering, design, legal, and training teams to ensure solutions account for user experience, technical feasibility, business needs, and regulatory requirements. Work across products with financial and transactional components, including integrations with POS and property management systems. Balance individual stakeholder requests with broader product needs, identifying solutions that can scale across users, properties, and markets without unnecessary customization. Help mature the overall Billing product area, establishing clearer processes, priorities, and long-term direction as the broader Sales and Events organization continues to scale.
