Job Description
Due to continued growth, a Large Commerical Print company is seeking a highly organized and hands-on Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee receiving and warehouse operations at our Berkeley facility. This is a newly created position designed to provide dedicated leadership and ownership of the warehouse space while partnering closely with the Shipping Manager and operations leadership team.
This role is heavily focused on floor leadership rather than desk work. The Warehouse Operations Supervisor will work directly alongside warehouse personnel, providing direction, coaching, and support while ensuring materials are received, staged, and organized efficiently. The ideal candidate understands how manufacturing and warehouse workflows intersect and can proactively manage space, prioritize incoming work, and keep operations running smoothly.
The successful candidate will lead a team of 3-4 receiving and material handling employees, with the potential for team growth as operations continue to expand. They will be responsible for maintaining warehouse organization, coordinating dock activities, training employees, and ensuring materials are positioned and processed in a way that supports production schedules and customer commitments.
This individual will thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, take pride in owning their area of responsibility, and consistently look for ways to improve organization, workflow, and overall operational efficiency.
The salary range for this opportunity is between $100,000-$125,000 based off skillset and experience.
