Job Description
An employer is seeking a Senior Program Manager for a Fortune 50 retail client's Health & Wellness technology organization. You'll lead delivery of a portfolio of Health & Wellness programs for FY26/FY27, including EPRN, a core system that supports in-store pharmacy operations. The role sits where technology, data and compliance meet. You'll guide data integrations involving protected health information and work across Engineering, Product, Data, Business and Agile Delivery teams. You'll also guide two other program managers to keep the portfolio consistent.
This is a senior program leadership role for someone who has run multiple complex workstreams at once and can turn several project plans into one program roadmap that executives can follow.
What you'll do
Lead end-to-end execution of Health & Wellness programs, including EPRN, with the technology leadership and business teams Set operating rhythms with team leads, Scrum teams, Product, Engineering and Business stakeholders Build and manage program milestone plans from the plans of underlying project teams, and track cross-team dependencies on the critical path Run program governance, including RAID logs (risks, actions, issues, decisions), risk management, blocker removal and escalation Oversee data integration work moving data into and out of EPRN, making sure PII and HIPAA requirements are met throughout Report program health, milestones and delivery metrics to leadership and steering committees, and serve as the program's escalation point Guide and coordinate two other Health & Wellness program managers for consistency across the portfolio Drive urgency, timely decisions and accountability across cross-functional teams
