Job Description
We're looking for a Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of software solutions that support forensic DNA analysis and human identification workflows. In this role, you'll help shape the future of the software used by crime laboratories, forensic scientists, and law enforcement agencies around the world to analyze DNA evidence, generate investigative leads, and deliver reliable scientific results. You'll own the roadmap and lifecycle of software products that support capillary electrophoresis (CE) systems and forensic DNA analysis workflows, partnering closely with software engineering, R&D, customers, and commercial teams. Your work will directly impact technologies used for applications such as criminal investigations, missing persons identification, disaster victim identification, human trafficking investigations, and forensic casework. This is a unique opportunity to combine life sciences, software innovation, and artificial intelligence to advance solutions that help customers transform complex genetic data into actionable insights. You'll play a key role in defining how next-generation software, automation, and AI can improve forensic workflows, data interpretation, laboratory efficiency, and scientific confidence.
