Job Description

The Process Engineer will serve as the technical owner of assigned aerospace parts throughout the manufacturing process, following them from wax through shipment. The role spends roughly 70% of the time on the manufacturing floor working with operators, engineers, and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot quality and process issues, improve efficiency, and increase production volume. The remaining time is spent developing and reviewing evaluations, work instructions, process documentation, and project updates. This person will need to understand how manufacturing processes interact, investigate problems independently, and help keep parts moving through production with consistent quality. The pay rate for this position is $80-110k/yr and is dependent on experience.
