Required Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience supporting modality worklist updates, including troubleshooting workflow or connectivity issues between imaging modalities and the PACS environment Experience supporting a PACS migration or go-live PACS Administration experience in a clinical imaging environment Experience supporting radiologists, technologists, and other imaging end users Ability to troubleshoot PACS workflow issues and provide support during system transitions or go-lives

Experience with Visage PACS Familiarity with Philips iSite is a plus

Job Description

Seeking a PACS Administrator to support radiologists and imaging technologists during the transition from Philips iSite to Visage PACS. This person will provide hands-on operational and technical support as users acclimate to the new PACS environment, helping troubleshoot workflow issues and ensure imaging operations continue smoothly throughout the transition. A key focus of the role will be supporting modality worklist updates and related PACS workflows, helping ensure imaging modalities are properly communicating with the PACS environment and that studies are flowing correctly for radiologists and technologists. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly with clinical imaging users, quickly diagnosing PACS-related issues, and providing support in a fast-moving go-live environment.
