JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an Infrastructure Coordinator with a technical background in telecommunications, networking, systems administration, or IT infrastructure to coordinate complex infrastructure changes and enterprise technology projects. This role serves as the connection point between network teams, application teams, database teams, engineering groups, project managers, business stakeholders, vendors, and field personnel. The Infrastructure Coordinator will support initiatives by helping identify infrastructure assets, the environments they support, their business and technical dependencies, and the teams affected by changes. This individual will be technically knowledgeable but will not perform hands-on engineering or system administration. Instead, they will independently coordinate the people, requirements, schedules, documentation, and approvals needed to deliver successful outcomes.
