Overview:
Inside Stone is looking for a dependable Manufacturing Laborer to support daily production in our facility. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, hardworking, and eager to learn. The Manufacturing Laborer will assist with material handling, basic assembly tasks, and general shop operations to help keep production running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and assembly of materials for custom range hoods and other products
- Perform basic cutting, sanding, and handling of wood components (training provided)
- Support skilled builders and technicians by supplying materials and maintaining workflow
- Operate simple shop tools safely and learn additional equipment as needed
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production area
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a manufacturing or shop environment
- Willingness to learn new tools, equipment, and production processes
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior manufacturing, construction, or warehouse experience
- Familiarity with basic hand tools
