Job Title: Range Hood Builder Location: Inside Stone - Phil Campbell, AL Pay: Based on Experience Position Type: Full-Time Skill Level: High Skill Position Overview: Inside Stone is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Range Hood Builder to join our team in Phil Campbell. This role requires strong carpentry knowledge and hands-on experience with woodworking tools. The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship and can produce highand#8209;quality custom range hoods with precision and consistency. Key Responsibilities: - Build custom range hoods according to specifications and design requirements - Operate woodworking equipment, including rip saws and table saws, safely and efficiently - Measure, cut, and assemble components with accuracy - Inspect completed products for quality, structural integrity, and finish standards - Maintain a clean and safe work area - Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines - Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines Required Skills and Qualifications: - Carpentry knowledge and experience in a woodshop or manufacturing environment - Ability to safely operate a rip saw and table saw - Strong understanding of measurements, layout, and fabrication techniques - Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Reliability and strong work ethic Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience building range hoods or custom wood products - Familiarity with additional woodworking tools and finishing techniques Compensation: - Pay is based on experience - Opportunities for advancement based on skill and performance
