Job Description
Key responsibilities
The Process Development Engineer will execute laboratory and pilot-scale experiments to support
internal technology development, including mixing-driven unit operations and related process
development work. The role requires disciplined experimental execution, high-quality documentation,
and the ability to troubleshoot equipment setups and process behavior efficiently. The engineer will
perform routine analytical measurements, manage and organize experimental datasets, and summarize
results in clear technical writeups that connect observations to actionable next steps.
The role will work cross-functionally with engineers from multiple disciplines (mechanical, electrical,
controls, and chemical) as well as with operations and materials functions to ensure test readiness, safe
execution, and timely progress against defined work plans. The engineer will also contribute to lab
readiness and safe operations by following SOPs, maintaining good housekeeping, and supporting
chemical inventory, SDS organization, and related HSE tasks as assigned.
The candidate will have the opportunity to periodically present work in a team setting and to customers,
clients, government organizations and collaborators.
