Key Responsibilities
- Organize, coordinate, and facilitate daily recreational activities and special events for guests.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and enthusiastic manner to encourage participation.
- Promote resort activities, amenities, and scheduled events throughout the property.
- Set up, maintain, and clean activity areas, equipment, and supplies.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of guests by following established procedures and guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address guest questions and concerns.
- Assist with seasonal programs, holiday events, poolside activities, and family-focused entertainment.
- Create a fun, welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recreation, hospitality, entertainment, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable speaking in front of groups.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Ability to stand, walk, and participate in recreational activities for extended periods.
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
