Morning Production. Breakfast to Lunch. This is a hands-on kitchen role built around the breakfast and lunch shift. You'll work the flat top grill cooking eggs, omelets, and sausage for the breakfast menu, keep up with daily kitchen tasks like fryer vat cleaning, and step into a cook position on the charbroiler during lunch when the line needs it. Every day has a task list - but the kitchen and the guests always come before secondary work. Prior grill experience is a plus but not a requirement - we'll train the right person. What matters is that you show up, pay attention, and take the work seriously. Cross-training across other areas of the store is available as you grow into the role. Competitive pay. Primarily full-time. Day shift hours.
