- 3:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m.
- Evening shift
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and empty trash
- Restock housekeeping and sanitation supplies
- Follow established infection-control and safety procedures
- Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment properly
- Respond promptly to housekeeping requests
- Maintain resident privacy and treat all residents with dignity and respect
- Work cooperatively with nursing and other facility departments
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required
- Healthcare or long-term care experience is a plus
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working around residents in a skilled nursing environment
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
