Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with communication and swallowing disorders
- Provide speech and language therapy services to patients, including individuals with neurological, developmental, and cognitive disorders
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Clinical Fellowship (CF) completion or certification (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Valid Michigan State License
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of speech and language pathology theories and practices
