Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physician, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participate in multidisciplinary conferences and patient education sessions
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatments
- Promote a safe and clean environment for patients, families, and staff
- Respond promptly to patient needs and concerns, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- Current LPN license in the State of Michigan
- Minimum 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting (new graduates welcome to apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
