RV Park Managers are responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of an RV Park, ensuring that guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay.
As an RV Park Manager, your daily duties and responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the reservations of RV lots, tent sites, and all RV lot areas
- Ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the park facilities, including restrooms, laundry facilities, and public areas
- Providing excellent customer service to guests, answering questions, and resolving any issues
- Enforcing park rules and regulations for the safety and enjoyment of all guests
- Managing the parks budget, financial records, and handling of cash
- Supervising park staff and coordinating work schedules
- Conducting regular inspections of the park for safety and maintenance issues
- Coordinating and promoting park events and activities
- Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as necessary
- Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding park operations
