Responsibilities
- Lead commercial construction projects at job sites across the region
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
- Enforce safety programs and quality standards
- Provide daily reporting and coordinate closely with PMs
- Mobilize, run, and close out projects from start to finish
Requirements
- 5+ years as a commercial construction superintendent
- Willing to travel for extended assignments
- OSHA 30 preferred
- Strong plan-reading and trade coordination skills
- Self-motivated, independent leader
