Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and estimates for commercial bids
- Solicit, level, and analyze subcontractor and supplier pricing
- Build complete bid packages and proposals
- Support preconstruction and value engineering
- Hand off cleanly to project teams at award
Requirements
- 2+ years of commercial construction estimating
- Experience with takeoff software (On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and numbers
- Solid knowledge of construction means and methods
- Degree in Construction Management/Engineering preferred
