Responsibilities
- Lead estimating on large, complex commercial and institutional bids
- Build GMP and hard-bid estimates from conceptual design through CDs
- Mentor junior estimators and refine estimating processes
- Drive value engineering and constructability reviews
- Present estimates to leadership and clients
Requirements
- 7+ years of commercial construction estimating
- Experience with negotiated, GMP, and hard-bid work
- Expert with takeoff and estimating software
- Strong subcontractor network and market knowledge
- Leadership and mentoring ability
