Our client, a respected civil engineering and surveying firm in Southwest Michigan, is seeking a Professional Surveyor to direct its survey group and help grow the business.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a survey team of field and office staff
- Oversee boundary, topographic, ALTA, and construction survey projects
- Review and certify survey deliverables
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and client relationships
- Support business development and grow the survey client base
Requirements:
- Licensed Professional Surveyor (PS) in Michigan
- Project management and staff management experience
- Strong boundary and field survey background
- Business development interest and strong client skills
- Self-starter with great drive
