Responsibilities
- Estimate hard-bid public projects and support negotiated/CMAR budgets
- Develop conceptual and design-development estimates
- Lead value-engineering and constructability reviews
- Build bid packages and scopes for subcontractors
- Maintain cost databases and historical pricing
Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial estimating or preconstruction
- Hard-bid experience required; CMAR/design-build budgeting a plus
- Takeoff software (On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, or similar) and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret drawings at all design stages
- Degree in Construction Management/Engineering preferred
