Responsibilities
- Manage CMAR and design-build projects from early design through closeout
- Help develop GMPs, budgets, and value-engineering options with preconstruction
- Coordinate design teams, owners, and trade partners
- Lead buyout, scheduling, and cost control
- Drive quality, safety, and owner satisfaction on every job
Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial project management
- CMAR, design-build, or GMP experience preferred
- Comfort working with owners and designers during preconstruction
- Strong financial and contract management skills
- Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office proficiency
