What you'll do
- Draft, negotiate, and review merger, purchase, and ancillary agreements
- Coordinate diligence and closing processes
- Advise clients on deal structure and risk
- Work closely with partners and cross-office deal teams
What you bring
- J.D. and active New York bar admission (or eligibility to waive in)
- Public or private M&A experience
- Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
- The ability to manage matters with increasing independence
