If you're a "go-to" person and see the big picture, this Scottsdale law firm is looking for you.
National/regional insurance coverage practice. Work includes coverage opinions and recommendations across property & casualty lines (including CGL, professional liability/E&O, D&O, excess/umbrella, and specialty), plus monitoring and coverage counsel on complex matters and coverage litigation.
Background:
- 2+ years of insurance coverage experience
- Handle coverage analysis and litigation from pleadings through discovery and depositions
- Advise insurer clients on multi-state coverage issues; multi-state bar admission a plus
- Licensed in Arizona, or able to waive in
