California employment attorneys that are looking for a remote position, I am working with a great firm that is seeking someone to fill their employer-side employment role focused in California.
This role is a mix of proactive counseling and litigation: wage and hour, leaves and accommodations, classification, policies and pay practices, plus employment matters in California state and federal court. Partner with client legal, HR, and business leaders on practical, business-focused outcomes.
Background:
- 5+ years of total employment law experience, including 3+ years of California employment work
- Licensed and in good standing in California
- Comfortable with both counseling/advice and litigation; investigations, policies/handbooks, and agency or court advocacy as needed
- Remote position but California employment experience is required
Benefits:
- Base salary $225,000–$325,000
