NOW HIRING – ALL SHIFTS! Golfview Nursing Center is seeking dedicated, compassionate, and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our nursing team! We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing quality resident care and making a positive difference in the lives of others. Available Shifts
- Day Shift: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM
- Evening Shift: 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM
- Night Shift: 10:45 PM – 7:15 AM
Job Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Provide compassionate, respectful, and individualized resident care.
- Obtain and document vital signs, weights, and other assigned measurements.
- Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility using proper safety techniques.
- Observe and promptly report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
- Follow infection control protocols and facility policies.
- Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare team members to ensure quality care.
Qualifications
- Active Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
- Long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Dependable, professional, and compassionate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Must demonstrate excellent attendance and a positive attitude.
