- Collaborate with solution architects, developers, UX/UI designers, and vendors to define technical approaches, platform options, architecture, and integration decisions.
- Guide product design, development, testing, and implementation to ensure the solution meets business requirements.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, as needed.
- Define success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against established product goals.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and impediments and drive their resolution.
- Support change management, user adoption, and training efforts associated with the modernized application.
- Ensure the product aligns with Commonwealth and PA PUC standards for security, accessibility, including Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Provide regular status updates, progress reports, and recommendations to IT leadership and business sponsors.
