Join our team as a School Bus Driver & Driver Trainer and help shape the next generation of professional drivers while safely transporting students each day! What You'll Do: * Safely transport students to and from school and activities * Train and mentor new school bus drivers, including behind-the-wheel instruction * Reinforce safe driving practices, student management, and company policies * Support new hires through the onboarding and training process * Serve as a role model for professionalism, safety, and customer service Duties will include, but not limited to: * Teach classroom * Behind the wheel training * Participate in monthly safety meetings * Conduct annual driver evaluations * Follow up on discipline reports * Maintain employee files for compliance * Effective communication with co-workers, district staff, students, parents, and general public * Ability to help out with routes on short notice Qualifications: * Must have a Class B CDL with School Bus and Passenger endorsements and 2 years of Safety Training experience. * Detail oriented * Computer Skills * Excellent communication skills * Organized * Ability to teach/coach employees * Ability to multi-task What We're Looking For: * Valid CDL with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements * Clean driving record and strong commitment to safety * Minimum of 2 years school bus driving experience required * Training, coaching, or leadership experience preferred * Strong communication and leadership skills * Patient, dependable, and team-oriented * Premium pay for 19A or SBDI trainer certification up to date Follow link to apply through Indeed.com: https://www.indeed.com/cmp/Fisher-Bus-Service/jobs?jk=fbc304315ff06da7&start=0
