Position Overview FCS Services is seeking a motivated, dependable Window Washer to join our team at Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining interior and exterior windows using professional cleaning tools, specialized equipment, and established safety procedures. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent results. Candidates must be comfortable working at heights and available to work the required overnight schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Window Cleaning: Wash, scrub, and squeegee windows to remove dirt, dust, grime, water spots, and other debris. Clean interior and exterior glass surfaces, including frames, tracks, and sills, as assigned.
- Safety and Techniques: Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols. Use ladders and other approved access equipment safely when working at heights.
- Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain window cleaning equipment, including squeegees, scrubbers, extension poles, and water-fed pole systems, as applicable.
- Detailing and Finishing: Ensure windows are clean, clear, and streak-free. Pay close attention to edges, corners, and other areas requiring detailed cleaning.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect completed work to ensure cleaning standards and client expectations are met. Address areas requiring additional attention.
- Professional Conduct: Communicate professionally with supervisors, airport personnel, and team members while maintaining a courteous and service-oriented attitude.
- Safety Compliance: Follow company safety policies, applicable OSHA guidelines, and airport safety requirements. Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) and fall protection systems.
- Equipment Maintenance: Keep cleaning tools and equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition. Report equipment issues and safety hazards promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in professional window washing or commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Knowledge of window cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures is a plus.
- Must be comfortable working at heights and using ladders or other approved access equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.
- Must successfully complete required pre-employment background checks and drug screening.
- Must meet applicable airport security screening and access requirements.

Schedule This is a full-time, third-shift position at Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport. Work Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 P.M. – 6:30 A.M. Hours: 10 hours per shift, 4 days per week (40 hours per week). Candidates must be available to work overnight hours and maintain reliable attendance. Flexibility may be required based on operational needs. Background Check Candidates must successfully complete the required pre-employment background check. Additional airport security screening and access requirements may apply.
