Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated, dependable Window Washer to join our team at Salt Lake City International Airport. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining interior and exterior windows throughout the airport facility. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to delivering high-quality service. Previous window cleaning experience is preferred, and candidates must be comfortable working at heights and using specialized cleaning equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean interior and exterior windows using professional tools and techniques, including scrubbers, squeegees, and extension poles.
- Remove dirt, dust, grime, water spots, and other debris from glass surfaces to achieve streak-free results.
- Clean window frames, tracks, sills, and edges to ensure a thorough and professional finish.
- Safely operate and maintain window cleaning equipment, including ladders, scaffolding, extension poles, and water-fed pole systems, as applicable.
- Follow all company safety procedures and applicable OSHA guidelines when performing window cleaning tasks, especially when working at heights.
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and fall protection equipment as required.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment throughout the airport facility.
- Communicate professionally with supervisors, team members, and airport personnel.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are clean, properly stored, and ready for use.
- Report safety hazards, equipment issues, or other concerns to supervisors promptly.
- Follow assigned schedules and complete cleaning tasks efficiently and on time.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in professional window washing or commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Knowledge of window cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures is a plus.
- Ability and willingness to work at heights and use ladders or other access equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional, with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.
- Must successfully complete any required pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Must meet applicable airport security and access requirements.

Schedule Details:
This is a full-time night-shift position at Salt Lake City International Airport. The schedule is Sunday through Wednesday, from 11:00 P.M. to 9:30 A.M. Candidates must be available to work overnight hours and maintain flexibility to meet operational requirements.
