What You\'ll Do - Build and break down event gear: Set up tents, stages, tables, chairs, and sound systems at concerts, weddings, and local events all over the Treasure Valley. - Load, move, and deliver: Get hands-on moving equipment and hauling loads from warehouse to event sitesif youve worked box trucks before, great, but not required. - Work as a crew: Team up with solid people; meet challenges head-on, solve real problems, and get the job done right. - Adapt and conquer: Tackle new locations, switch up tasks, handle fast-changing plansnever a boring day. - Represent the team: Show professionalism on job sites. What We\'re Looking For - Physically strong: Able to lift 50 lbs and stay moving for long shifts. - Reliable and punctual: Comfortable getting up early and working long days. - Problem-solver: Ready to troubleshoot and figure things out on the fly. - Valid drivers licensebox truck experience is a plus. - Flexible schedule: Must be okay with some Saturdays and occasional evenings.
